A few words about me

I am a qualified Counsellor, located in Colchester Essex, a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), and Dance and Movement Therapist. I work as a lecturer in counseling and psychotherapy. 

I specialize in working with the body and mind as one entity, and through a range of techniques, I help to understand and regulate emotions, to gain balance in mind and the body, to become more in touch and true to yourself. 

I work as a counsellor, mentor, and dance and movement therapist with a range of conditions, such as trauma, depression, anxiety, psychosomatic conditions, low self-esteem, or body image problems. 

I offer face to face and online sessions.

  • Dance of Awareness Practitioner from Brighton School for Embodied Therapy. trained by pioneers of Body Psychotherapy and Dance and Movement Therapy in the UK - Clare Osbond and Tim Brown,
